Hollywood

My favourite one-liners from movies I have seen over and over again. All angrezi movies here;for hindi movies, the list would be endless. They may not be the most popular ones;some of these are cheesy, some witty, some deep, some intelligent and some simple, but their placement in the plot makes them awesome.

Million Dollar Baby
Boxing is an unnatural act, that everything in boxing is backwards: sometimes the best way to deliver a punch is to step back

Die Hard
Hans Gruber: What idiot put you in charge?
Holly Gennero : You did. When you murdered my boss.

Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho.

Yippee-ki-yay, mo***rf***er.

American Beauty
I had always heard your entire life flashes in front of your eyes the second before you die.

Rocky
Women weaken legs!

You're gonna eat lightnin' and you're gonna crap thunder!

The Matrix
Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself.

Only human.

What is "real"? How do you define "real"?

Pulp Fiction
Oh, that what now. I tell you what now between me and you. There is no me and you. Not no more.

Fabienne: Who's Zed?
Butch: Zed's dead, baby. Zed's dead.

Esmeralda: What does it mean?
Butch: I'm American, honey. Our names don't mean shit.

Speed
All right, pop quiz.

Ocean's 11
Guys like us don't change, Saul. We either stay sharp or we get sloppy, we don't change.

Danny: Ten oughta do it, don't you think?
Rusty: [Stares of in silence, not looking at Danny]
Danny: You think we need one more?
Rusty: [Silence]
Danny: You think we need one more.
Rusty: [Silence]
Danny: All right, we'll get one more.
Rusty: [Blinks]

Oceans12
Danny Ocean: You know, I was once in a vault while it was being robbed.
Bank Officer: [pause] that must have been quite an experience...
Danny Ocean: [pauses, thinks for a while] Yeah...

Oceans 13
You're analog players in a digital world.

Armageddon
Look, we've got front row tickets to the end of the earth!

Kill Bill-Vol2
That woman deserves a revenge. And we...deserve to die.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park
John Hammond: Don't worry, I'm not making the same mistakes again.
Dr. Ian Malcolm: No, you're making all new ones.

There's a dinosaur in our backyard.

And the last one, many from it...probably because it was the first ever hollywood flick I saw(though a Hindi-dubbed version back then)-

Jurassic park
When you gotta go,you gotta go.

Dr. Alan Grant: [On the phone after the power failure in the park] Mr. Hammond, the phones are working.

Life....finds a way

God help us; we're in the hands of engineers.

God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man. Man destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs...

Mr. Hammond, after careful consideration, I've decided *not* to endorse your park.

Dinosaurs and man... two species separated by 65 million years of evolution, have suddenly been thrown into the mix together. How can we possibly have the slightest idea of what to expect?

What is so great about discovery? It is a violent, penetrative act that scars what it explores. What you call discovery, I call the rape of the natural world.

P.S - 'Hollywood' is a song by Nickelback from their 2001 album,Silver side up
